It is a good news that the right to education is started in Orissa. But with out teacher a child how can get his education. so please appoint teachers in the school in proper scale of pay. unliess a teacher how can do activitties in the class room in a empty stomach. we request to Govt. of orissa please solve the problems of the teachers at firtst. than the R.T.E if take effeft properly and improve the childerens unliess all it goes to vain.
